CH Moonlight's The Black Queen "Chessy" is the only female out of Queen's last litter of two puppies. She is a lovely girl with a very affectionate attitude with those she knows. She finished her championship in four weekends of shows. Chessy has proven herself to be a fabulous mother. She delivered her first litter naturally and took to mothering her puppies like a pro. CH Moonlight's Glamorous One Takara "Eva" is the from Ava's litter with Ronin, linebred on lovely Gypsy. I hope she follows in their large footprints. Eva's attitude is amazing. She loves most other animals and enjoys getting away for a weekend with her grandma Bella -- they are best pals. GCH Moonlight's Sasha Mia Bella "Sasha" was born with attitude, this girl just owns it. She has a fun disposition and lots of confidence, which helped her to achieve her AKC championship easily. CH Moonlight's Shining Black Onyx CD, RE, BN, CGC "Onyx" is a sweetheart and so very intelligent. She has been easily trained by her co-owner any many performance events. She finished her AKC championship with three five point majors in three days of the Land of Enchantment Akita Club specialty weekend, including Best of Opposite Sex and Winners Bitch at the Specialty. Onyx lives with Sissy in Cade Cod and I was honored to be able to borrow her tto make her an AKC champion. She is already half way to her grand championship with limited showing. BIS/BISS GCH Moonlight's Takara Glamour Girl, AOM "Ava" was my pick puppy out of Bella's first litter. She was a beautiful puppy and as you can see she has grown up to be an even more beautiful adult. Some how I talked my friends Joe and Terrie Breen into giving her a home. The moment they picked her up at the airport, they knew she was part of Takara Akitas. She will be spot specialled in the future. Watch for her at local specialties and the nationals. Ava was exclusively handled to her championship by Marianne "Tuni" Claflin. Ava won Select Bitch and First Award of Merit at the 2010 National and Grand Futurity at the 2009 Akita National. She finished easily in just a few weekends of shows. She so closely resembles her granddam Gypsy, that if she were silver in color...it would be hard to see the difference. She lives with another female Akita as a housedog (or I should call it as a bed dog), they get along fabulous and are the best of friends. She is a special girl.
